Cleopatra
was an original Ballet Score produced by director Joe Clark and
composed by the members of The Entourage Music And Theater Ensemble :
Joe Clark (soprano sax, percusssion), Michael Smith ( steel drum,
drums, kalimba. percussion), Wall Matthews (guitar, conga, percussion),
and Rusti Clark (viola, voice), as well as guest artist Jay Clayton
(voice). It was comissioned by the choreographer Murray Louis for The
Royal Danish Ballet in 1976. It was recorded in New York City by Al
Manger at Eventide Studios. |
